Every year, on 10th September, is World Suicide Prevention Day, a time when organisations, governments, and the public around the world get together to provide commitment and action to raise awareness of suicide, promoting a singular message that suicides are preventable.
*Often when we are depressed we can’t imagine ever finding enjoyment again from any of the reasons below, even though they may have brought us happiness in the past. That’s ok, it’s often difficult to see through the darkness but we know that one day in the future you will positively reconnect with them, because they once gave you contentment and hope, and they will do again.
