Emergency support and intervention
If you are contemplating suicide or you feel someone’s life is in immediate danger, dial 999 for an ambulance or go directly to the nearest A & E department. Mental health emergencies require urgent help and you are not wasting anyone’s time by calling for the emergency services.
Please reach out for support. Talk to your parents or partner, your friends, family or work colleagues, your teacher or counselor, your GP, or a support service.
